Continuing the Legacy
We are so thankful to continue the legacy of Gospel transformation and hope in our community today. Since the planting of Sacred Mission Church in 2019 we have witnessed the Lord do amazing things, and we can’t wait to see what He’ll continue to do in and through us in the years and decades ahead.
We desire to advance the work of the faithful men and women who have come before us, to see beauty restored and expanded in our city, and have Sacred Mission be a visible declaration of the glory of God.
While the Church is the people of God, this building we call home gives them a place to gather as a family under the Word, around the table, and among each other.
I want to invite you into something that has the potential to change not just our church, but our very hearts. Seven years ago, Katie and I stood in a broken-down building surrounded by people who said, "It can't be done." But God saw a church family that would flourish — a thriving community gathering weekly to worship Jesus, make disciples, and demonstrate the kingdom throughout North Cincinnati. That same God who built Sacred Mission from nothing is inviting us into the next chapter, and I believe with everything in me that He's not finished yet.
We're launching Multiply Joy — a generosity initiative about far more than raising funds. It's about becoming disciples who live with open hands, trusting that the God who gave everything for us can be trusted with everything we have. Our goal isn't a dollar amount — it's 100% engagement, because every person at Sacred Mission has something to contribute. So I'm asking you to pray, seek the Lord, and ask what faithful obedience looks like for you this season. Whatever He calls you to, know this: we're in this together. Let's trust Him and see what God can do when His people believe that through Him, it can be done.

Our primary goal isn't a dollar amount—it's 100% engagement from our church family. We believe every person has something to contribute, and we desire everyone to have the joy of participating in what God is doing in us as maturing disciples who are striving to be fully surrendered to Jesus. This initiative succeeds when every person at Sacred Mission prayerfully considers how God is calling them to be part of multiplying joy.

We are trusting God to provide our expanded secondary goal of $2.55 million, not only for ongoing ministry at Sacred Mission Church, but for the expansion and gospel work needed to reach our community and beyond.
Multiply Joy in Our Church
We want everyone who calls Sacred Mission their church home to labor together in gospel mission so that all may know the joy of His salvation. This means that every aspect of our life is surrendered to Jesus and stewarded faithfully to that end. This is about more than money—it's about becoming the kind of disciples who hold everything with open hands. As we mature in Christ, we're learning that true joy comes not from what we white knuckle, but from what we are able to release for the good of others. Your generosity will continue to support the ministries that form us into faithful followers of Jesus—our Sunday gatherings, Equip discipleship classes, Mission Groups, pastoral care, and more.
Multiply Joy in Our Community
We have a heart for the people in our communities, and we want to do everything we can to bring the hope of Jesus into neighborhoods throughout North Cincinnati. God has blessed Sacred Mission with growth, and we want to steward it well. Over the past several years, we've seen our church family multiply as the Lord has brought new people into our community, and we're grateful for every person He's added. Our building addition will create space for more people to gather for worship, dive deeper in discipleship, and experience the belonging of community.
Multiply Joy in Our City
Our mission doesn't stop at our front doors. We're sent to make disciples and plant churches, and that means investing in the future of gospel work throughout North Cincinnati and beyond. Jesus gave us the Great Commission to go into all the world, and for Sacred Mission, that includes our own backyard. Your giving helps establish healthy, Christ-centered churches where more people can hear the good news and experience the joy of being rescued by Jesus.

In short, there is no difference. The Multiply Joy initiative is a two-year journey beginning June 2026 to June 2028. During these two years, every gift given to Sacred Mission Church will be used to both continue our ongoing ministries and invest in the vision God has given us for the future. So, when you give your tithe & offerings to Sacred Mission, you are giving to Multiply Joy.
